Simon has been working in the industry for 25 years, initially as a Project Manager for new build construction, then accelerating into the commercial side of the business, whilst gaining an honours degree in Quantity Surveying. He is experienced in the residential, commercial building and civil engineering sectors of the construction industry.

Since joining Building Perspectives, Simon has been consulting for a variety of different clients with differing scope and requirements, from Civil and Groundwork’s subcontractors, through to the Quantity Surveying, and Project Management for the catering fit out for Delaware North Companies inside Arsenal Football stadium. Upon successful completion of the project, he has been focal in heading our team in providing commercial support for one of our international clients.

Simon’s skills have developed as he has managed the preparation of tenders, all the way through to completing Final Accounts. In the process he has also effectively managed contractor and client expectations and has ensured his clients are effectively represented throughout the project lifecycle, from inception through to (as necessary) Adjudication.

His particular focus is on the management of projects and all aspects contained within completing projects on time and within budget.
